Unable to load the game on PC due to error, Microsoft Support couldn't fix it, looking for help!

Hi Everyone,

Today i have ran into a issue on my laptop. When i went to start Forza Horizon 4 today, it loads the initial spash screen and then goes to the copyright screen and freezes and eventually crashes. When i check event viewer i get the following error:
Faulting application name: ForzaHorizon4.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5d2308cc
Faulting module name: NahimicOSD.dll, version: 2.1.5.58748, time stamp: 0x5d08eb56

Faulting package-relative application ID: SunriseReleaseFinal

I have checked my drivers for my GPU and they are up to date, windows is up to date, sound drivers are updated,
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game {thank god for fast internet at work!} but i got the same error. To make it a little weirder i was playing the game perfectly fine last night, on the same laptop.
I tried asking Microsoft support for assistance but they connected to my laptop, checked the Drivers that i already checked, checked event viewer and saw the error i told them about {above}. They also tried starting the game and ran into the same issue to verify. They were unable to find any resolution and said to come here.

Specs of the laptop:
MSI GE63 Raider RGB 8RE, i7 8750H, 16GB RAM, GTX1060 {Driver version:431.36}, running Windows 10 Home Version 1903 Build: 18362.239}

Before anyone says it, yes i have tried turning my laptop off and on again. it didn’t help

Any ideas are appreciated. I don’t really want to reinstall windows but if its the only option i will.

Cheers,
