Who has crashes on PC every 15-20 minutes, please disconnect your internet when you’re after loading in the game. In that case, you will get VIP credits.
After doing it, I played two full session of over one hour without any CTD. Give it a try. I know, I know, I still can’t play Online, but finally I can progress, get money and buy cars.

Works like a charm.
I really like to play the game online though. I disconnect and reconnect my ethernet cable about every 8 minutes or so and it seems to not crash.
Also tried looking through EVERY log location for the crashes. Only think I could find was an unreadable file in the windows watchdog folder. Doesn’t write anything to event viewer or the other windowsapp log spots.
