Everything was fine but after i re-installing window (format everything)

After I did that. The game is dead.
When I click the game icon the game is stuck at start

If I wait. The game will close automatically

I don’t know and I can’t see the way to fix. Please help me
The game isn’t cheap at all

I played several hours yesterday. Went to play just now and this is happening. Same issues are now happening for Forza 7 on the same PC. I reset the app, same issue.

Submitting a support ticket is useless. I never get a response.
