Thats a Problem in all Forza Games if you use search here in that Forum you see that.
I have the same Bluescreen bevore 1 week or so and now bevore 30 minutes again.

this is so anoying and painful things in gaming , why they dont wotk with microsoft to fix this kind of issue .just hope soon they will solve this .thank you .and one more things - in support ticket the answer is so much delay ,they reply like after 1 week so .i know the dev team are busy but …

The Support here is not good. You get no, or after a Long waiting time a answer and all you get is some bla, bla that never helps you.
Some Standard words and after you write back maybe a link to a useless Troubleshooter Guide.

Hopefully that Problem is fixed in a later patch. I have since yesterday 2 or 3? Bluescreens all “System_Thread_Exception_not_handled.dxgmm2.sys”
Ist a Pain to Play with the Bluescreen in your neck that can happen every Moment.

I dare not start the long events. At some point I have to and can only hope. Even when exploring or in a short event you are not sure. Suddenly the speakers hum loud and again a blue screen. I gave the game a 1 star rating because of that. If I can not relax, because I have to expect the whole time that there is a blue screen again, I play cramped. So a game like this only earns one star because you can not give zero. If there are no more Bluescreens after 2 weeks, I give the game more stars.

In a ticket they wanted to know if I was online in any form. In fact i was. Maybe that does not happen in the Horizon single player. However, the Random Forzathon events are a lot of fun and you can also meet others or have an event in coop.

Without the online features, the game is much less appealing.

i’m still waiting for response , 15 days gone ,no reply  i dont know what the points of support ticket if it does take 1 month for a reply .hope everything will be fix

People have often faced this error named system thread exception not handled which pops up on a Blue Screen of Death when they start their windows and system restarts or stuck. Then it would be impossible to work on the PC. This issue starts because of faulty, old, unsuitable or drivers that have virus. Here are some solutions to fix this error but in case you want to go for detail, you can visit this website https://appuals.com/system-thread-exception-not-handled/

Method 1- Install or Update Drivers:
You can find suitable drivers for your system by visiting your graphic card manufacturer’s official webpage and find compatible drivers according to the model. You will find right card’s model and drivers here for your system by holding Windows key and tap R, write msinfo32 and click Enter. Note down OS and system type in the system information. Run the downloaded files and go for the commands.

Method 2- Remove your Sound Card Drivers:
Tap start and choose Run, A Run dialog box will pop up. Write devmgmt.msc and tap OK button so you could open Device Manager. Here extract the category of Sound, video and game controllers and right-click on anything that is interlinked to C-Media USB Audio Class 1.0 and 2.0 DAC Device Driver. A context menu will show, now choose the option of uninstall device. Check the box that has option Delete the driver software for this device and press OK button. Now reboot your system. You will see that windows will try to install the driver again and change it by the manufacturer’s driver. You can also open Device Manager and choose Action and tap on the Scan for hardware changes option in case a window doesn’t change the sound card driver. Method 3 Remove display drivers). Tap Windows key and R together and write devmgmt.msc in the Run dialog before tapping Enter. Double click Display adapters to extract in Device Manager Window and you will see your graphic card installed. Then right click and select to Uninstall. At the end press delete the driver software for this device and press OK before rebooting your system.
