Stutter - freeze frame drop with plugged in Wheel

Hi Guys,

every time when i plug in one of my wheels like Thrustmaster TMX or T150, Forza Horiton 4 gets a kind of laggy.
Its randomly drop the frames.
When i unplug it and play with xBox Controller all runs fine and on constant FPS.
Checked the Wheel with Assetto Corsa and all is fine.

I tried to reinstall the Wheel and nvidia Display drivers.
I use different USB ports (powerd and unpowered 2.0 and 3.0).
Try different settings in driver for wheel and in forza itself.

OS and driver are in SSD.
Forza is on HDD.

I5 2500K
GTX 960
16GB RAM
Win 10 Vers. 2004 Build 19041.1415

Anyone have an idea?

Update and solving:

My Audio Interface U-PHORIA UMC204HD was connected to a pretty old self powerd USB 2.0 / 1.1 Hub.
Change the hub against a new one works. Dont know if it was the old USB standard or something else was faulty.
Since i work with the Audio interface i know it causes much traffic on the USB bus (eventually because of ASIO Driver / buffer size) and also need a powered hub cause of its 48V phantom power.

Further small microstutters while driving in the open world vanished after changing from HDD to SSD. Thinks because of the faster reading of SSD hardware.
