Storefront temporary banned?

I would like to know why i was banned from the storefront and if there is a way to fix this.

If you believe you’ve been banned, you should have an in-game message from the developers telling you that you have and the expiration time of the ban. If not, you would need to write Turn 10 at forzafb@microsoft.com, with the full details on what you’re seeing, including any messages you may have on-screen. Also include any other gamertags which use your console.
