Still have not received the Ford GT after buying a FM6 edition Xbox One

Hi everyone. I’ve scanned these forums and there seem to be similar reported issues about people not receiving the car after playing the demo. In my case, I believe I’m supposed to receive the car because not only did I play the demo, but I also bought the Forza Motorsport 6 edition Xbox One, which is supposed to come with the Ford GT in my virtual garage. I did, at one point, have a message in the Forza message center that said something to the effect of “download the car from the message center,” but it wouldn’t download anything. The message has now disappeared.

It has now been a month. I understand there are bugs, but come on, I paid real money for something; I should have it!

Messages only live 30 days. Perhaps there was an issue with download and it failed - car gone or it failed and you did not go back and download it within the 30 day limit.

Either way, I’d contact Turn10 via e-mail.

Have you checked its not already in your garage

When was the last time you actually properly hard reset your console too

Yes, I checked. I’ve hard reset my console several times, including today.
