Hello, today i decided to play a bit of forza horizon 4 since i had just made a cool new design for my lambo. I decide to launch the game and get the error message “When you got a refund on Forza Horizon 4 it was removed from your device.” However i have never refunded the game. The game can not be refunded since the credit card has expired. If i check my payement history it never says I refunded the game. Please let me play forza again I love this game…

exact same thing. i checked my email to see if i had been sent a notice but nothing. i checked my online banking and the money was definitely removed when i bought the game but has never been refunded to my account.
