Problem with speed

Hello,
I have a problem.
I play Forza Horizon 4 on PC ,i bought the game from a shop about one week ago.
In every game mode, whatever cars i take ( from the lowest car untill Lamborghini,Ferrari,McLaren ) and whatever tunes i made or buy from ,Find Tunes’’ i don’t catch more than 250 km/h.
I saw at every people, on youtube that they catch 300 km/h , 350km/h, 400 km/h etc with almost any car.
With Lamborghini Aventador 999 score i take 273 km/h. With McLaren P1 999 score i take 272km/h
So, whatever car i take and whatever tune i made, i can’t catch more than 270km/h.
Please, what is the problem?

My pc specs:
CPU: Ryzen 3 2200g 3.5gh
GPU : AMD RX 570 4GB GDD5 ITX
RAM : 8GB

Sounds like you using english units not metric. Double check the HUD and GAMEPLAY settings. The numbers you’re giving sound about right for miles per hour. Hope that helps
