I turned settings to ‘ultra’ and framerate is a bit over 30 when there’s not even other cars around. What might be causing this?
GPU usage is not even half, about 30-45%. CPU usage is about 80%

many of us are experiencing the same problem, theres plenty threads in the forum stating this but no fixes have worked for me, for some however, making the priority to “low” or “verylow” or possibly even “high” can improve performance. see if it works for you but it has not for me
maybe try working your way up with quality settings? im assuming your fps target is unlocked… my gpu usage seemed to go up after going from 60hz locked to unlocked.
