The Porsche Pack should still be available. I was able to locate and download it and I just bought my game yesterday. It is my understanding that the 10th Anniversary pack was a limited time offer for free.
Are you talking about the Porsche Expansion or the two-car Porsche Booster pack? If you’re talking about the latter, then you’re out of luck-they’re no longer available.
