This seems to have been going on for a while, i’ve sent my PM to NitroGlitter and haven’t received any update about this. Has anyone else? Is there a workaround/solution?
If it helps I can provide additional information that may attempt to debug the issue, but currently a piece of DLC is inaccessible to me and this is incredibly frustrating

it’s only happened since the january update,
I have the hoonigan cars in my garage and can no longer access them on PC, on Xbox one they are accessible adn I can race them
my purchase history on the windows store shows I’m entitled to the Hoonigan DLC
