Older Xbox save force overwrote cloud save, leading to loss of progress

A few days ago the Cloud system replaced my current save with a much older save, and removed all progress that I made. I posted a ticket 3 days ago and have not had any response.

Is it possible to get in contact with support directly or am I wasting my time?

Just need to wait and be patient for them to get back to you
They cant replace the save that you overwrote so you may as well just keep playing from where your save currently is
They might be able to gift some cars and credits but that’s about it

Submit a ticket here and the support team will be able to look into this. Try and give as much details as possibly about your account and when submitted a ticket is should ask the relevant information like your Gamertag and console etc
