"Not Owned" filter option missing?!

The “Not Owned” filter option is missing from “Horizon Promo and Car Collection”. It’s not in “My Cars” either. What happened?

Usually that means you have all the cars.

If you take a picture of the Owen’s Edition P1 (as described in a recent thread here), then you’ll ALWAYS have an item in the Not Owned list…

Good thing I stopped at 200, lol.

I wonder if Owen has all the cars besides his McLaren? If so, then only he can complete the ForzaDex and become Forza Horizon Master.
