my textures are bugged, does anyone have a solution?

textures
as you can see, all the vegetation faces the camera, and the textures farther away from my car look really smushed. For me this really kills immersion.

does anyone know if this is on the radar to be fixed, because this is really annoying.
specs:
RTX 2060
Ryzen 5 2600
16gb ram
