How do you get this achievement ??
I have uploaded a rerun of a race.
Which I thought would do it, but nothing showing on my Gallery and no Achievement gained !!

The achievement isn’t for uploading a replay, but uploading a movie from it. You need to save the replay of an event, open it, select the “Make Movie” option and wait for it to upload. Then the achievement should pop. If you did that and it didn’t work, try it again and make sure it uploads successfully and doesn’t time out/drop connection/have issues with the server. If it uploads successfully and the achievement still doesn’t pop then I don’t know what the problem is; it worked for me.
