How do you change the license plates to the New South Wales rectangular shaped plate over the other one? Is it just specific to the car?
Just to specific car.
I think it’s just the HE cars that have a special plate. Hopefully in future titles they make the plates more customisable. They should also link the plate to the car, not the player, that’s just stupid.

HE cars get the same shape plate as their standard counterpart, only difference is they have gold lettering on a black plate, with a gold outline on the plate as a whole.
I was surprised that was not an option.
