Hi i have the Level of 99,and now become not more XP to Level 100 and over.

There are maximums you can reach in each area of horizon life, I know for road racing I have reached level 20 so I just get a wheelspin instead of levelling up, but your overall level should go much higher than 99, there is even an achievement for getting to level 200.
