Nope. FM2 servers were dropped a while back. I’ve been replaying it a lot lately. My original game file got corrupted and I lost all of my cars/tunes/paint schemes so I’m starting from scratch.
In fact, as of today, Sunday, June 19, 2022 at 9:31 (EST), the FM2 Scoreboards (leaderboards) are still available. Including ghosts of the top players.
yes - a pleasant surprise to find learderboards (scoreboards) working but it almost integral to the game. Had the game for six weeks now slowly going up the lists - Most of my times are in the bottom 5% so most players can beat me.

Time Trials I’ve got to place 146465 with a time of 3hr 10min 32sec
True Skill Rank - no rank (I’m guessing you need Gold to race online)
Hot Lap Times - place 1698 with a time of 67hr 50min 33 sec (and just got to Level 45 so little more to go).
Total D-Class players 3,755,084 (I can’t calculate to total number)
