It added the March DLC content and fixed some bugs related to users experiencing issues with career mode since the Road America release.

i dont see anything about the patch.
Because it wasn’t an official “patch” … it was a title update for the monthly car pack. A fix to the career (as I mentioned above) was subsequently supplied along with this title update. We can expect these updates regularly with each monthly pack.
