Just picked up Forza Horizon Having Problems with Steering Wheel controls

Hey guys,

I recently purchased Forza Horizon and I can’t find the control scheme that Forza 4 had that changes the back shift controls to XYBA controls. I liked using A for clutch, X to shift down and B to shift up. I never liked those shift buttons to begin with, I would drive with one hand, and press the buttons with my other like a weirdo. Any word on how I can fix this if there’s any? Maybe something I’m missing…

It’s all on Settings. You press Pause, you go to Settings, and click on one thing obvious and BOOM, you’re done.

Go to my profile, then options, then controls, and you should find everything right there

And I think you can modify the settings.

Options > Controls > Layout 1 > SWITCH GEAR UP/DOWN ON > SWITCH HANDBRAKE/CLUTCH ON
