Is the "Support" real or switched to some Autoresponder

2 days ago got the “Just checking to see if you are still experiencing this issue?” message on all open Bugreporttickets

provided more infos and got email now (btw also same for all tickets)

I mean it’s more than the old “This sounds like an issue that is currently being investigated.” but yeah.
I’m wasting time/money on a broken game and even more time to report the xxxx with videos/screenshots and support goes “Nice weather today”

Yeah, only auto response, no actual support for players.
