My game load the word microsoft, then turns black screen and nothing else happens
I waited for 50 minutes and nothing happens

HELP ME PLS, I WANT PLAY

try hard resetting your console properly including pulling out the power cable from the wall and then pressing the console power button a few times whilst unplugged
