I see the quick chats and sometimes tire smoke/tread marks (I think?) But I dun see them in game or on my minimap, not counting people that are just off in the distance. I dun want to be rude to anyone, but I know I end up ignoring people cause I can’t see them. Is it a connection issue of something?
