How about tickets marked “Acknowledged” rather than “Solved” when they’re not?

Like title says, it’d be more helpful if problem extant.
Not a lot of solutions pouring out, would make users feel better. Otherwise, feels like waste of time. Just sayin’.
I still suggest someone other than the mods should own this. Monday’s feed helpful but many don’t watch it. PR.


We hear you, and this has been part of internal discussion. We’re working on better messaging in email responses to tickets but for the time being the status wording cannot be changed.
