Hotel Castillo fix when?

I own Hotel Castillo almost a week now and didnt get single wheelspin (apart from one when i bought it). When i searched forums i found out that there are topics on this issue over month old and even though its all locked the issue is still present.

Edit: Ok, so right after i submitted this i got the daily wheelspin. During random roam through map after over hour of playing. No spins for during the days before even though i spent more time ingame. The logic behind this just eludes me.

I have the same issue since game launch, generally no wheelspins, some random 2 there and there. To my knowledge nothing has been done to fix it yet
Hopefully there would be in-game compensation for lack of wheelspins and lack of vip bonuses.
