Is anyone else having the same issue?
Got the same problem. In the beginning it told me to press x, but now there is no such message.
Had same issues as above at the start of this game on the X1 however, as I continue to make steady progress it now appears to have rectified itself for the time being at least.
I have this same problem on storm island. But if I go into the menus, I can select the wheel spin and it still works. But back on the mainland, everything works as it should.

In storm island when you level up is doesnt tell you when you’re back in freeroam to get the spin, you have to go to the Progress tab, guess they forgot to implement it like in the mainland.
