Both of these updates I waited forever to get and after I did it wouldn’t let me play the game without refreshing dashboard or hard resetting my xbox. Anyone else have these problems?
P.S. PLEASE POST A NOTICE FOR UPDATES ABOUT 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE ON THE XBOX COMMUNITY STREAM AND PLEASE INCLUDE UPDATE SIZE.
how do you refesh the dashboard?
Hold LT+RT then press Y
If you’re still having a start-up problem, you may need to uninstall and reinstall everything.
Notices go out on the day that the updates happen so they’re both alongside each other incase there are any last minute changes.
I’m not reinstalling almost 70GB cause an update broke it. I don’t have that type of Internet without driving almost 50 miles.
I fixed it by just starting it over and over til it worked.
And notices don’t come out the day they happen. I had a 250+mb update and 177mb update without warning and Fortnite now gives up to 3 days notice in advance and gives notice for most patches that happen after the update in the community stream for Xbox.
