since the update i cant get online anybody else the same or is it just me
you may need to wait. This often happens with big updates.
Try a cold reboot though by backing all the way to the very first menu in fm5 and go to dash. Press menu on the big fm5 tile and choose quit.
Then hold power button on console for 5 seconds.
