Sounds like a Windows or Microsoft store issue, if you google ‘error 0x000000005 microsoft store’ there are lots of similar problems, some recent, some going back years. Sorry I don’t know the solution though.
If you bought a digital key, you’re supposed to login to your Xbox account and then simply go to “redeem code”, type your code in there and download your game (assuming it’s a legit key).
