But really either try updating graphics drivers or lower your graphical settings to see if you can eliminate it.
I’m having the same problems here with a Vega 56. In my case, the glowing textures usually pop up near each track’s starting line.
Here’s a couple clips of the glitch occurring in Lime Rock.
As reference, my current graphics settings are Dynamic (or whatever the “Adaptive” setting is called") for all except for Performance Target, which I’ve set to Unlocked. I’m currently playing on a 1080p 144hz Freesync monitor with Freesync on, if that helps any.
Regarding drivers: 17.10.3 is the current version. I’ve used DDU and reinstalled drivers to no effect. It may be worth looking into downgrading the drivers, maybe to the FM7 release driver, if the new drivers are the problem.

The problem is still there and i have the newest driver. with the lowest settings the problem is still there
