Does anyone know the best way for tuning damping and stiffness for street racing ( rolling ) ?

I use a calculator to get a set of balanced numbers based on weight, weight distribution and downforce. It doesn’t take tire sizes into account yet but it works for me thus far to get a good baseline.
Then I check the suspension screen in telemetry and check if the full range of motion is used without bottoming out under the conditions you’re tuning the car for. Adjust ride height and stiffness in the calc until it’s good.
Once the basics are down you can do the alignment and adjust springs and dampers to taste. I usually don’t really change springs a lot at this point, mostly fine tuning damping to get those transitions right.
