No, it is an expensive, bad idea.
Glow-in-the-dark paint is for tiny details on fine-scale model kits, not automobiles.

Some paints are better seen in the distance. Not sure I want them glowing as I race along side them. As a side note it might be a good idea to '‘glow’ a car thats been involved in a predetermined number of accidents involving their front bumper. Just to let everyone know who to avoid…Charles
I know some higher aiming headlights would sure be nice.20 feet of visibility in the dark just don’t cut it
