Gallery

I’m having trouble with loading my gallery images (photos that i took through forza 6).
I have checked that the images are shared, and have actually gone in and unshared/shared them again just to make sure.
Is this the forza servers at the moment, or is there something i can do?

Just some additional info
It seems like my photos from Horizon 3 are there, but images from forza 6 don’t load

Same here. I can see my old FM4 images but fm6 is no show. Even the ones that were there before are gone.

I guess we have to wait untill it’s day time in the US, and somebody from Turn10 has time to take a look

When I am doing a gallery? For 3 days is not working.

Is it the same issue as the shared replays? I had 10 of them on the FM6 server.
When I search them with my nickname, no shared content is found (even if the description of the replays it says they are).
It’s the second time it happens, so I unshared and deleted everything.

Looks like it’s been fixed. My photo’s are all back.

Seems I am missing the most recent ones

Problem is solved for me it goes again

the same problem again

Still not working!

I’m having the same issue. I only can see Forza Horizon 2 and Forza 3 pictures. I don’t want to go through the process of deleting everything. I hope this issue get’s resolved soon.

Is there any chance we can get a response from Turn 10 regarding this issue? Maybe a reason why something like this keeps happening, and what is being done to remedy it. At this point just some acknowledgement would be nice.

Same for me… only f4 pics showing… In Forza Hub, only a message that I have no shared content. Started for me after last update.

I reported this last week and before. Quite a number of other people have noticed it as well-
My theory on this is access to the servers . With the recent release of Horizon 3 , there is a lot of network activity and traffic which is causing temporary loss of access to users galleries . So this means that when creating a photo , sometimes it may not load when sharing ( the servers are not accessible at this time , try later ) message to that effect.
Sometimes it will load up but when you go to access it from this forum . It wiil show as ( no content available ) or similar . You may also find a similar message when attempting to view photos through the forza hub.
It seems to be random across the board and affects users at random for a random time . ( a few hours to a few days )
As i dont have Horizon 3 I dont know of any issues with that but certainly if you have forza 6 , you may have noticed this for about the last couple of weeks .
It may die down in a couple of months or so once the hype of horizon 3 has passed and maybe things have settled down or microsoft have adjusted their server load to accomodate the recent game.
It is a fairly logical and plausable explaination to put out . I would take it as red unless anyone from microsoft or turn 10 are willing to offer any other reason .
a message to the moderators … do you know of anything ? or care to comment ?

My FM6 photos now shows in my gallery, but I can’t download them.

I can still see the pictures. Unfortunately, the images can not save from the X-BOX to a USB stick.

Oh my gosh, Turn 10. This is getting ridiculous now. You might be aware that there are those of us who spend majority of our time in game taking pictures; you have built an amazing photo editor afterall; however, with the gallery being down constantly, and being unable to retrieve our images is literally the same thing as someone who wants to play the game, but the game refuses to load. That would be unacceptable in regards to selling a product, so how would this be any different. It’s been advertised many times about how the Forza franchise has such deep rooted communities in these different areas; liveries, painting, photography, tuners, drifting, leagues, etc. The problem is, the photographic community is Forza is suffering and we’re getting no acknowledgement whatsoever on this matter. This is a very big deal to us. Taking amazing pictures of our favorite cars, and being able to show the world makes a big part of who we are. Not being able to do that because of this problematic issue with the gallery is gut-wrenching, when all we want to do is carry out our passion for photography and automobiles.
