The fps target settings don’t seem to work since update. 30 fps vsync, run benchmark , fps locks at 50fps. 60 fps v sync, run benckmark, fps higher 60 fps shown. Even in unlocked setting despite reporting 60+ fps, driving, menus, etc. feels under 30 fps. All framerate settings feel like under 30 fps by the looks of it. No change to other advanced Video settings seem to have an affect.
Is the game not getting the right monitor refresh info from my own monitor? Noticed game is using 100% of GPU load. Game was silky smooth 60 fps before update.
