The 10% promotion is not appearing in the autoshow. It is not shown when going to view all cars, and the #Forzathon Sales icon is greyed out.
Try rebooting your equipment - the menu and discounts are available for me, but sometimes menus will lock out briefly for me too until I reboot and they’re fixed.
