I know FM5 is EOL, but I recently found a Car Pass at Gamestop. It redeemed fine, but I can’t seem to actually install the packs. Please help?

Check to see if the cars appear for free when you try to purchase with in game currency.

Are you sure you can’t see anything in the ready to install list inside the game? Not the ready to install list in “My games & apps”. Inside the game.

Press start in the game and then “manage game”.
