Hi ive been trying to complete horizon promo but forzathon is over and looks like there are some cars that i cannot earn anymore. Any ideas help on how to complete horizon promo and how to get these reward cars to appear? Thanks

This is what I did. If there’s a car you don’t own try to pick a car that’s very similar to that one. You should eventually see the desired car in a race or just driving around since the game automatically matches the drivatars to your car.
