Hello i have a sound problem with my FH4 i hear intro sound and after it is muted… what can I do ?

Bump, Im having the same issue. tried all the driver solutions online, no dice, repaired install, nada, uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing.

I have a problem with my audio in Forza Horizon 4, let me explain first what i am able to hear and what not.
if i start the game i can hear the sound of the scenes, but when i come in the main menu i cannot hear at all anymore.
i do not know the reason why Forza decides to set the audio on my controller because when i plug my headset into the controller i can hear the cars again but not the scenes.
Methods i tried: update driver, untick/tick enhancements (restarted pc after that) and deactivate all other sound devices besides my headset.

My friend on Windows 10 has just reported that he has this problem as well. There is no sound at all, save for loading screens. It has to be the most recent update.
