Forza 7 not launching after installation of new CPU and motherboard

Hello, I have recently purchased an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 and a motherboard to go with it and have installed them into my system, and ever since I did Forza 7 has refused to launch past the initial splash screen.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game at least 4 times, uninstalling and reinstalling all DLC, clicking the ‘Reset’ button in the Win10 settings, but nothing has worked.
Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

After a couple hours of trial-and-error, I finally got it working. Thanks for the suggestions.

Yes, it would be nice if those seeking help and receive it would follow with an explanation of the results. At least once in awhile.

I know right! We rarely get anyone coming back with the information. We should start stipulating that if we help anyone, they have to come back and let us know what worked.
Otherwise we try every possible combination with every person, and never know what works in a given situation!
It’s maddening at this stage. I am most vexed!

Sorry for the long reply, I’ve been busy.
Anyways, I don’t really know exactly what fixed it, I just tried a whole bunch of things and it eventually worked. Sorry for not being the most helpful, but I don’t have much else to say!
