I was watching a couple of youtubers who got early access to the game and the dlc like the fast and furious car pack was not free in-game. They did not already have the car in their garage. I really hope this is not the case because in forza horizon 2 and forza 5 they were free, so why not forza 6?
Pre-release gameplay may not show all game details, including whether DLC is active yet. It will be at release.

The Fast and Furious pack is only free with the Deluxe and Ultimate editions of the game not the standard one
