FM6 Engine swap list

As with previous Forza games, engine swaps are available under Conversion in the Upgrade Shop for many of the production cars in the game. These engines are drawn from other stock engines in the game, and typically provide more power than the stock engine of the car you are upgrading. An engine swap can change the number of cylinders, aspiration, shifting characteristics, and sound of your car. Each car has its own select availability of of the engines listed below. Not all swaps and cars from previous Forza games are the same in FM6. For instance, there is no C7 Corvette Stingray in the game and no corresponding engine available.

Engine swaps cost credits (sometimes more than the cost of some cars) to install and have their own set of power upgrades, which will uninstall your stock power upgrades (but you can go back and revert to the stock engine at any time - once you own a part, you simply install or uninstall it without losing it or requiring more credits.)

Following is a list of the engine swaps currently available in FM6 at launch followed by a post for each engine with a list of the cars that offer it. This thread will be updated with DLC cars as they are added to the game. These swaps can be found in the sheet of my online FM6 spreadsheet found at www.ManteoMax.com

Sounds like it should be a Subaru 3.0 Flat 6 but the hp rating has me thinking its something from Porsche. Possibly from the Porsche Cayenne 2011 3.0 litre 333 hp V6 supercharged + Electric motor 47 hp = total 380 hp. Closest thing to match to. dont know how you can tell if its got an electric motor assistance in the game. Only thing it could be is a race class subbie flat 6.

My guess is this is an error that needs to be corrected. The specs match a Carrera 997 3.8L engine specs but the game says its a 3.0L. It may be to protect its identity so Porsche doesnt sue?

here in this link you can see the 997 engine is 355 hp and 295 trq and its a 3.8L. Whatever the case, this engine is definitely a Porsche engine. or variant.
