No, depending on the ambient light, the brightness of the headlights is gone!

It’s called bloom (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloom_(shader_effect)).
I know it’s not the most realistic effect in FH3 and wish it would be better too. But I doubt they’ll change it after all this time from game launch.
