I opened a ticket with Support exactly as noted in the troubleshooting guide. At the end it notes the error codes for which to open a ticket.
Opened a ticket, provided all info, debugged as they wanted me to.
Minutes later they closed the ticket as solved and told me that it is a platform problem. My issue is unique.
An hour later my account was wiped from the Support page. I cannot access my account and tickets. I can literally use any other account and have no issues.
Just the one that I used to open a ticket about the FH5 PC crash bug.
Is that the extraordinary support from Forza ??
