Do not see in my show room the cars I bought in VIP and CAR PASS

Hi guy’s.
I need your help.
I bought both the CAR PASS DLC and the VIP option.
I do not see any cars as free in the show room.
I do see it in the market place as perchased. I try all options including reinstall the game. What should I do next?

Have you installed them? Them being the VIP Pack and the various Car Packs?

There have been a lot of issues regarding online content recently and I know that DLC’s were affected. When installed the top gear car pack, I had to wait a couple of days for the cars in the pack to be free.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes I installed the DLC’s.
Is Turn 10 aware of this problem?
Any other ideas?
