So I did participate and set a clean lap time in the rival bounty, and have not received any of the rewards from doing so. Any reason why this could have happened?
You have to go into the message center and to gifts, then click on the item to download.

I haven’t seen any posts about people not getting this car, so it’s most likely you did something wrong. If you want one you can buy one from me, I’ve got 8 or 9 of them. Minimum buyout is 220,000 cr. If you don’t have that I can buy some of your other cars in the Auction House.
