I bought the Ultimate Edition, the Windows store states that the game should have a split screen and a Czech language. There is no one in the game. Why? I’m disappointed…
Is it possible that there is a bug somewhere near me?

Split screen is Xbox only feature AFAIK. And there is not even support for Czech special symbols let alone Czech language.
Nothing wrong on your part, bad tags on MS store.
I also read that there is support for the Czech language and a split screen screen was displayed. In addition, HDR is written everywhere, and there is a direct entry to turn on HDR in video playbacks, and this feature is also missing in the game. I’m not happy at the high price.
