I was in the middle of buying out a 20 million cr civic coupe and my game crashed. I rebooted the game to find that my credits had been removed and I also was not rewarded the car. It’s not showing up in either the auction house or my inventory. I’m outta luck, aren’t I?
Best bet is likely to open a support ticket, explain what has occured, and check ‘yes’ that you allow them to check your game xbox data.
Hopefully they can see what happened and restore the CR.

I submitted a ticket for exactly the same issue and was reimbursed with just one single credit. These people are ridiculous.
