Just a simpke question.
Are car packs available to all profiles on the same console?
As long as consol is set to Home system then yes I have 2 profiles on mine and all packs work with both. Talby has 4 profiles and he has no problems at all with the packs working on all profiles.

I don’t think so. They are linked to a single profile over multiple systems, i.e. PC to console or console to console, but I don’t believe you can share between profiles.
That is not correct. DLC has always been shared on consoles across multiple accounts, been that way since the 360.
