After the Series 21 update I noticed that ‘Car Collection’ menu is missing from CARS tab. I’m not able to check which cars I own/not yet own anymore. I’m very sad 
OK, I found it under Horizon Promo & Car Collection, in the CARS tab…
Yeah they like to move things to keep you on your toes.
